Give a family Kitty Board
On the Family plan you get 3 gift passes a year. Each gives another family the full Family plan free for 6 months. If they start paying, you get another pass.
Dos with other families
One board for the playdate, the camping weekend or the fair. Families say if they're in and take jobs. Joining is free.
Scan in on the day
Children scan the check-in code when they arrive and collect hearts on the spot. Like a treasure hunt, but real.

Made safe for children
Families on a Do know each other: school, street or club. There is no search, no feed and no strangers.
- Another family sees first names and cats only, and only the children you choose for that Do.
- No chat between families. Answers and jobs only.
- Your child's hearts go in your family's jar, and only you can say OK to them.
- No location, ever. A check-in code proves they were there, and that's enough.
- Leave a Do at any time, and your children come off it at once.
The families on Oak Lane
A made-up street, a real kind of week.
Priya pays for the Family plan and starts a Do: the Oak Lane street party. She invites three families on the street. Two join free and take the gazebo and the barbecue. The third isn't on Kitty Board yet, so Priya sends them a gift pass.
On the day, a check-in code sits on the gazebo. Every child scans in and collects hearts. Nobody asks "who's bringing the ice?" at 10pm, because it's on the board.
A month later the gifted family loves it and starts paying, and Priya gets another pass. By November one of the free families wants to run the Bonfire Night walk, so they upgrade and send a pass of their own.
Questions about Pay It Forward
What is a gift pass?
On the Family plan you get 3 gift passes a year. Each one gives another family the whole Family plan free for 6 months. No card, no catch.
You send it as a link from your phone, by WhatsApp, Messages or email. We never email someone who isn't on Kitty Board.
What happens when the gift ends?
The family moves to the free plan by itself. Nothing is deleted: every board, heart and prize stays. They can keep the Family plan by paying for it.
Do I get anything back?
Yes. When a family you gave a pass to starts paying, you get another gift pass as a thank you.
What is a Do?
A Do is a board you share with other families: a playdate, a camping weekend, a birthday party or the school fair stall. It holds the jobs, the dates and who is coming.
Does joining a Do cost anything?
No. Joining someone else's Do is free on every plan, always. Starting your own Dos with other families is part of the Family plan.
What can other families see?
First names and cats. They see your grown-ups, and only the children you choose for that Do. Never surnames, emails, your other boards or anyone's Kitty Jar.
Your child's hearts stay in your family. Only you can say OK to them.
Is there a chat?
No, on purpose. Families answer "We're in", "Maybe" or "Can't come" and take jobs. There is nothing to moderate and nothing unkind for children to read.
How does scanning in work?
On the day, the organiser shows a check-in code. Children scan it with their phone's camera and collect arrival hearts. No phone? A grown-up taps Who arrived? and picks their children.
Kitty Board never asks where anyone is and never stores a location.
